Welcome to the Manitowoc County Board of REALTORS Inc. website. The Board was established as a non-profit corporation Februrary 3, 1972. The MCBR has provided its members with the resources they need to successfully serve buyers and sellers of real estate property. With the start of the 2009-2010 biennium, all licensees must complete six Department of Regulation & Licensing (DRL) approved courses for a total of 18 hours before Dec 14, 2010. There are four mandatory courses and a list of DRL-approved electives. Licensees must complete the four mandatory courses and two electives from the DRL-approved electives list.
