It does not apply to personally identifying information that MCBR collects offline. You are welcome to visit MCBR's websites at any time without offering personally identifying information. Password information is required, however, to access the "Members Only" sections of mcbrealtors.org.

MCBR Opt out policy
You may opt out of receiving MCBR's member-wide e-mail broadcasts at any time. Members of MCBR and subscribers and participants of GNMLS have the option of choosing not to receive additional communications from MCBR on our products and services that may be of interest to you. MCBR Members and GNMLS Participants and Subscribers are automatically registered to receive electronic communications once membership or GNMLS services are activated.
